Greg is Canada's foremost Architect of Wine Cellar Design, specializing in this field for 18 years.
Greg was director of The Wine Establishment atelier for many years, and has created hundreds of the world's most notable and luxurious commercial, institutional, and residential wine cellars. His resume includes a lengthy list of truly unique Wine Cellar projects in Canada, USA, Italy, France and other wine regions throughout the world.
Greg is our company leader and contributes strategic company direction and architectural, building science, and engineering expertise.
His support team provide all of our design, consulting, and construction services.
Chris oversees our manufacturing work and directs all field operations, construction activities, and related personnel. Chris is also our building science specialist, bringing his trouble-shooting expertise to our Specialty Consulting division when we are charged to perform audits on problematic wine cellars and other food and beverage facilities.
Chris brings a wealth of experience to each project, and he is responsible for translating the drawings and specifications into the realized built form. Chris is a master-builder and artisan of the highest calibre, and each of our completed projects bears his creativity and influence.
Mike is our lead climate control engineer who oversees the design and production of all of our climate control systems, and controls our maintenance and service programs for those systems.
Mike is the most experienced Wine Cellar HVAC technician in Canada, and leads our talented group of climate control and refrigeration mechanics. Mike is a also a certified master electrician and a registered gas technician. Mike also assists in our specialty consulting work, helping to create solutions relating to the environmental quality within complex wine environments. Many rare and valuable wine collections owe their health and wellbeing to Mike's care and professionalism.
